tea Airdrop Guide - Get Your Hands on Testnet Tokens

Yo Degens,
Your favorite source of degeneracy is back with another alpha opportunity! Today, we're diving into the tea Incentivized Testnet (ITN), your chance to play around with a brand new protocol and potentially score some free tokens in the process.
What is tea?
Think of tea as a protocol focused on incentivizing contributions to open-source software (OSS). Basically, it wants to make sure people who build the cool stuff we use online get rewarded for their efforts. The ITN is their way of testing the system out before going live, and you get to be a part of it!
How to join the tea party:
- Visit the tea testnet page. Here: https://tea.xyz/.
- Sign up with your Google, Microsoft or GitHub account. You'll get 100 points just for signing up, and an additional 10,000 testnet tokens automatically.
- Go to your profile and connect your GitHub account to get an extra 250 points.
- Start exploring! The more you interact with the protocol, the more "points" you'll earn. These points don't have any value right now, but they might just translate into some sweet airdrop rewards later on.
Here are some ways to rack up points:
- Learn about the tea protocol: They have plenty of resources on their website and Discord to get you started.
- Complete challenges and quests: These are basically like mini-tasks that help you understand the different features of tea.
- Report bugs and vulnerabilities: Help them identify and fix any issues in the system.
- Donate to open-source projects: This is a great way to directly support the developers who are building the future of tech.
Remember, this is a testnet, so the tokens you're using aren't real. But by participating, you're helping to shape the future of tea and potentially earning some rewards down the line. They've even confirmed that testnet points "are planned to become redeemable by eligible persons for blockchain tokens and/or other benefits at a later time".
Disclaimer: This ain't financial advice, frens. Do your own research before jumping into any crypto project, especially one that's still in its early stages. But hey, if you're feeling adventurous and want to learn about a new protocol while potentially scoring some free tokens, the tea ITN is definitely worth checking out.
Stay degen, my friends.
